The premise is easy: you are married
to the job. You proposed to the job
and it said Yes. Then the job said
Yes in front of everyone. Now
you roll up your sleeves and make
love to the job. You tell the job
how devoted you are, say you
love it because that is part of it.
Part of marriage. You wake up
early for the job, show just how bad
you care. You are tender and hide
your cheating. Say you want a family.
When you wake, you watch it snore
and you roll up your sleeves.
